Chapter 10: Meeting Again

I broke out into cold sweat because I understood that although I had Chakra Control, it’s barely there and barely can control its direction inside my body, let alone outside; however, I knew that it was do or die. So, I could only channel my Chakra and tried to output it outside my body towards the leaf, but I didn’t even know which direction my Chakra flowed to as the leaf didn’t move. Sweat flowed down my face as I began to imagine the consequences of Iruka-Demon, but a timely wind blew by pushing the leaf a bit. Thank the lord, I live!

Chapter 9: Rebirth

A gloomy darkness was all I could see. I could feel myself wandering in this darkness, but I had no tangible form, or am I even wandering in the first place? I really can’t tell. Is this what true death is like? A eternity seemed to pass in this darkness, althought it may only be a moment, but eventually, a grey message materialized in front of me.

Chapter 8: Time Goes On

After learning how to cut, I was actually taught how to prepare bowls of ramen and lots of cooking basics. I believe I got smarter for whenever I get stuck, I would sweetly call Ayame-Onee-san which would work nearly all the time to receive timely instruction as Ayame would have a face of bliss. I said nearly, because I won’t gain any if Ayame is in demon mode. I also became a delivery boy, delivering ramen using a wooden container to elderly villagers who could not come to eat. Time slowly passed as I got used to my life at Ramen Ichiraku.

Chapter 7: New Home

As I was extremely excited for my first day of work in both last and this life, I could barely sleep. Then, I woke up especially early, before the sun even rose, hoping to show my employer that I was diligent, but when I exited the house intending to enter the bar, I noticed Old man Teuchi was already cooking up soup base for the ramen. Dang it, I guess I wasn’t early enough, but at least I beat Ayame right?
